Waiting Time:

Waiting Time charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on ALL departures. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting charges are waived on scheduled Airline airport pickups, provided that we have accurate flight number, airline and arrival time. Waiting Time is assessed at the rate of $1.00 per minute; however combined Waiting and Point-to-Point charges will be converted to Charter if that produces a lower Total charge.

Reservations:

We accept AMEX, Master Card, Visa or Cash. All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card.

Cancellations:

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, we have a very simple cancellation policy: just give us 6 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your Credit Card account within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, cancellation less than 6 hours prior to pickup time will result in full charges for the trip as planned. In the event of a no-show, full charges for the trip plus one-hour waiting time will be charged.

Gratuity:

A 20% service fee based on the fare will be added to all Credit Card pre-paid runs. This will be stated to all customers at the time reservations are made.

Legal Issues

All KTLC vehicles will be operated according to local and US laws. This includes all issues relating to consumption of alcoholic beverages, possession of illegal substances and passenger behavior risking the safety of the vehicle, operator or passengers. Additionally, all our vehicles are non smoking vehicles. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the run, with no refund of fees.

KTLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles with similar capabilities as necessary.
